Private Charters
Private charter cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled cruise date are non-refundable.
If we determine that weather or unsafe conditions require cancellation, a full refund of the charter fee will be issued.
Public Trips
Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
If a ticketed trip is canceled by us due to weather or safety concerns, guests will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be given to no shows.
Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
The captain reserves the right to return to the dock if they deem any situation unsafe.
No tobacco use is permitted onboard the vessel.
No outside alcohol is permitted onboard the vessel unless previously agreed upon with the management.
