Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Private Charters

  • Private charter cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled cruise date are non-refundable.
  • If we determine that weather or unsafe conditions require cancellation, a full refund of the charter fee will be issued.

Public Trips

  • Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
  • If a ticketed trip is canceled by us due to weather or safety concerns, guests will receive a full refund.
  • A minimum of 5 passengers must be met for trip to operate. A full refund will be given if trip is cancelled for not meeting minimum passenger count.


No refunds will be given to no shows.

*Rate listed in calendar view is a base rate and does not include processing fees, credit card fees or any additional passengers over 12 for private charters. The rate listed for public cruises (Harbor Social) is a per person base not including fees.

Policy Notices

Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. 
The captain reserves the right to return to the dock if they deem any situation unsafe.

No tobacco use is permitted onboard the vessel. 
No outside alcohol is permitted onboard the vessel unless previously agreed upon with the management.
